Shipping and returns

Please check the delivery time and manufacturing time before placing your order. This information is listed below each product.

Certain products are made to order and therefore are manufactured after the order is placed.

Very important - If you need to have your order delivered at certain date, please make sure you leave us a message in the note section.

Delivery method:

Ordered products are dispatched by DPD within 14 working days from taking your order and payment (unless stated and agreed otherwise).

You can personally pick up your order at Hůlková - Aeroklub, Prague 9, Czech republic, by appointment during weekdays. 

You will be informed about the consignment by the email, but it is important to agree on the transmission time at least a day in advance. At tne entrance to the Aeroklub you have to call (00420 739 579 499) and wait. Thank you.

Payment method:

The price of a product is valid according to what is published in the e-shop. The price of goods and any costs associated with the delivery of goods (see bellow) can be paid in the following ways:

- money transfer (In case of money transfer, the price is due within 3 days after concluded purchase)

- card payment online
